CUSTOMISATION

CAN I ADD A COMPANY LOGO TO MY SELECTION?

It is possible to add a customization to your selection such as a company logo. However sometimes adding a customisation can be an additional charge. The following items can be customised with your company logo:

  • Protein ball macaron boxes

  • Corporate logo ribbon

  • Corporate cards that are handwritten

  • Protein Ball Boxes

CAN I CUSTOMISE BOXES?

We can customise boxes as per your requirements however it will come with additional costs. There are 3 options: small box (18x18x7cm) and a large box (22x22x8cm). You can include a mix of protein balls, pronuts, slices and tea bags. Please review our corporate brochure for the full range.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Treat ‘Em will set you up with a personalised order form for general orders. For bulk orders, email info@treatem.com.au or you can visit our corporate page and fill out the downloadable spreadsheet.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDERING REQUIREMENT?

No, however bulk orders with same day delivery will be eligible for further reduced rates.

WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY?

We will never under any circumstances disclose or make any of our customers information public. Please read more about our Privacy Policy on our website www.treatem.com.au.

HOW DO I KNOW MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT SAFE?

Customers credit card information is never stored on our servers and therefore will always be kept safe and out of theft. Once you have purchased a product, your payment information is processed directly to a secure third party server. You can always make sure your information is kept safe because the padlock icon will appear on your browser.

Whenever you purchase products, our systems instantly scans your information for potential fraud. If we are given any reason to suspect fraud, we will directly contact you to verify your order information. If we reach out to you and you do not verify your order history with us within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

WHAT TIME AND AREA DO YOU SHIP TO?

Treat ‘Em provides next day delivery from Monday – Saturday 60km from Sydney CBD. For bulk orders, notice will need to be provided. Please contact info@treatem.com.au for any queries.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Delivery will be $9.95. For individual box orders above $85, free shipping will be provided.

HOW QUICKLY WILL AN ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED OUT?

Once payment has been received, orders will begin to be packed and ready to be shipped.

We will also notify you as soon as your products have been shipped. Once your order has been processed with a shipping label, tracking information will be updated and available.

WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING, WHAT CARRIER OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

Treat ‘Em shipping carriers are third parties. Although we cannot allow you to directly choose which shipping carrier, we can promise that your product will arrive in a safe matter on the selected delivery date.

AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER AND IF SO, HOW?

For any orders through Treat ‘Em, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and any notifications or updates regarding your order.

WHEN PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS, AM I ABLE TO COMBINE SHIPPING ON THIS?

You will be able to combine shipping for orders going to the same address. For example, a corporate building with 3 different companies located in one building. However, for every individual address it will incur individual shipping costs.

GIFTS

WHAT TYPE OF GIFTS DO YOU OFFER?

Our product categories include a range of vegan and gluten-free desserts such as protein balls, slices, pronuts and tea bags. Please see our corporate brochure for further details.

Our entire range is 100% natural, refined-sugar-free, has no preservatives or artificial flavours.

PAYMENT

HOW DO WE PAY?

For general orders, once the order has been received, we will invoice you a payment link. Once payment has been received, the order will be processed.

For bulk orders, we will email you an invoice. Treat ‘Em accepts credit card payments through the payment link, or bank transfers. The invoice will be sent upon order date, payment must be made within 7 days of invoice.
